Do they fit true to size?
Yes. The Sentinel fits true to size, so order your usual UK size.
I'm between sizes. Which should I pick?
Size up. A safety toe cap doesn't stretch, so a little extra room is better than a tight fit.
I have wide feet. Will they fit?
If you have wide feet or usually wear thick work socks, we recommend going half a size up. If the fit isn't right, you can exchange for another size within 30 days.
Where's the size chart?
Tap "Size chart" next to the size buttons, or see the size chart further down this page. It lists the foot length for every UK size. Measure from your heel to your longest toe and pick the matching size.
Do you do women's sizes?
The Sentinel comes in one style in UK sizes. Use the foot-length measurements in the size chart to pick the right size for your foot.
Safety
Are they safety certified?
Yes. The Sentinel is certified to EN ISO 20345 safety footwear standards.
What does the steel toe protect against?
The steel toe cap protects your toes from impact and compression, for example dropped tools or materials, as certified under EN ISO 20345.
What does the Kevlar insole do?
The Kevlar insole is puncture-resistant, helping protect the soles of your feet from nails, screws and sharp debris.
Are they non-slip? What about oil?
Yes. The non-slip outsole is designed to grip wet and oily floors.
Are they rated for electrical hazards?
Check the certification label inside the shoe for the exact ratings. Please don't rely on them for electrical hazard or anti-static protection unless that rating is shown on the label.
Comfort
How heavy are they?
About half the weight of traditional steel toe work boots, so your legs aren't dragging heavy boots around all day.
Are they comfortable for long shifts?
Yes. The Sentinel is built light and flexible like a trainer, made for long 10-hour shifts on your feet.
Do they need breaking in?
They're built to feel like a trainer from day one. As with any safety footwear, wear them around for a short while first to get used to the toe cap.
How does the BOA dial work?
Turn the dial to tighten for a locked-in fit, and pull it up to release. No laces to tie, snap or come undone mid-shift.
Can I swap the BOA for laces?
No. The Sentinel is designed around the BOA dial and doesn't take laces. If you have any issue with the dial, contact us.
Waterproof & care
Are they waterproof?
Yes. The upper is waterproof, so rain, puddles and wet sites are no problem. They're not designed to be submerged, so avoid standing in deep water.
How do I clean them?
Brush off dirt and wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let them air dry at room temperature, away from radiators and direct heat. Don't put them in the washing machine.
Delivery
Will you restock?
No. This is our final run of the Sentinel. Once a size sells out, it's gone for good.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Free UK delivery on every order.
How long does it take?
Orders arrive in 7–8 working days. You'll get your tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Will it arrive for Christmas?
Order by 14 December for Christmas delivery.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are sent from our fulfilment centre.
Returns & 30-day guarantee
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
You're covered by our 30-day guarantee. Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn and like new, in the original box.
Who pays for returns?
Return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed once we've received and checked the pair.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange for another size.
Payment & bundles
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is taken through Whop's secure checkout. Depending on your device and location you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
How do the 2 and 3 pair deals work?
Choose 2 or 3 pairs above. The more pairs, the lower the price per pair: 2 pairs save £9.99, 3 pairs save £24.98.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
Yes. Pick the colour and size for each pair right here on the page before you check out. Every pair can be different.
Can I mix The Sentinel with The Ranger boot?
Yes. In a 2 or 3 pair deal, each pair can be The Sentinel or The Ranger, in any available colour and size.
