Sizing & fit
How does the sizing work?
The Ranger comes in paired half sizes. For example UK 9/9.5 fits if you usually wear UK 9 or UK 9.5. Order your usual UK size.
I have wide feet. Will they fit?
If you have wide feet or usually wear thick work socks, we recommend going half a size up. If the fit isn't right, you can exchange for another size within 30 days.
I'm between sizes. Which should I pick?
Size up. A safety toe cap doesn't stretch, so a little extra room is better than a tight fit.
Which sizes are available?
UK 4, UK 5, UK 5.5/6, UK 6.5, UK 7/7.5, UK 8/8.5, UK 9/9.5, UK 10/10.5, UK 11/11.5. Sizes that have sold out are greyed out above and won't be restocked.
Safety
Do they have a steel toe?
Yes. The Ranger has a steel toe cap to protect your toes from dropped tools and materials.
Are they safety certified?
We don't currently publish a safety certification for The Ranger, so we don't claim one. If your site requires certified footwear, choose The Sentinel, which is certified to EN ISO 20345.
Are they puncture-resistant?
Yes. The Ranger has a puncture-resistant midsole to help protect against nails, screws and sharp debris.
Are they waterproof?
We don't claim The Ranger is waterproof. If you work in wet conditions, The Sentinel has a waterproof upper.
Comfort & fastening
How does the dial fastening work?
Twist the dial to tighten for a locked-in fit, and pull it up to release.
Are they comfortable for long shifts?
The Ranger has a cushioned insole and padded collar for all-day wear. As with any safety footwear, wear them around for a short while first to get used to the toe cap.
Delivery
Will you restock?
No. This is our final run of the Ranger. Once a size sells out, it's gone for good.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Free UK delivery on every order.
How long does it take?
Orders arrive in 7–8 working days. You'll get your tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Will it arrive for Christmas?
Order by 14 December for Christmas delivery.
Returns & 30-day guarantee
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
You're covered by our 30-day guarantee. Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn and like new, in the original box.
Who pays for returns?
Return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed once we've received and checked the pair.

How do the 2 and 3 pair deals work?
Choose 2 or 3 pairs above. 2 pairs save £9.99, 3 pairs save £24.98 compared with buying single pairs.
